EP. 2 Giving Myself Permission to Stop Running

This week I go into my mind game behind my progression into actually liking exercise.

I will give you some tips on how you can find motivation that worked for me, and actually like getting out there and moving your body.

I talk about how I gave myself permission to STOP running and the change it made in my life.

Our bodies are kind enough to carry us around all day, love her for that!
